  • Being afraid

If so, we can help. CAPP is a clinical research facility that provides state-of-the-art, scientifically based assessments and treatments.

We conduct clinical trials that are funded by the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH). Participation in our clinical trials gives children access to state-of-the-art assessment and treatment while contributing to science at the same time.

GO STUDY

Together with Dr. Victor Buitron, we are currently conducting a clinical trial investigating a novel treatment to help teens who experience negative thoughts and feelings related to depression or anxiety. Youth ages 12 to 17 may qualify to participate in this research study to reduce their negative thoughts and feelings. If eligible, youth will be randomly assigned to complete 1 or 2 brief sessions with a counselor. Families will be compensated up to $300 for participating.

Our services are offered in both English and Spanish.
